Welcome to Twotimes, a mobile application developed by Turtle Tech BV. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Twotimes, including all features, functions, and content provided through our app. By accessing or using the Twotimes app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the app.

The Twotimes app allows users to monitor channels such as subreddits, Telegram channels (public only), and other defined sources, and generates AI-based summaries ("Articles") of the key updates from those channels.

User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the channels you define (e.g., subreddits, Telegram channels) comply with applicable laws, third-party policies, and intellectual property rights.

Accuracy:

AI-generated summaries provided by Twotimes are intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or correctness of the content generated. Do not rely solely on Twotimes for time-sensitive or critical decisions.

6. User Conduct

By using Twotimes, you agree not to:

• Monitor or aggregate illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content using the app;
• Upload or attempt to use Twotimes for infringing or violating third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy);
• Misuse Twotimes in any way that compromises its functionality, security, or integrity.

We reserve the right to moderate or terminate user accounts that engage in prohibited activities.
